Pay Using CIT Bank's Website
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist the Homestead at Old Jefferson Home Owners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using CIT Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: HOM (The Homestead)
Property ID: Your lot number
Architectural Requests
Per Article 3 of the Act of Restrictions of the Homestead at Old Jefferson Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Homestead Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request, they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:
